About Lux Wix

Our Story

Lux Wix is a small family black owned business in Philadelphia. Lux Wix was established in 2020 during the pandemic.  Since everyone was home during the Stay at Home Order we begin to burn candles during the day. After a few weeks we noticed a soot buildup in our bathroom on the wall where we would burn our favorite candles. When I begin to clean the wall I noticed the amount of soot on the wall was pretty substantial. I said to my self… “this had to be harmful to me and my family“ I immediately threw those candles away and headed to Google to find a more household and environmentally friendly option. After doing my research I realized that making soy candles without all of the parabens would be the best option. As I started to hand pour my own candles it dawned on me that I wasn't the only one that had the issues that I experienced before I started to make my own candles. That's when Lux Wix was born! Since then we have sold thousands of candles and we're hoping we can reach your home too.

What We Do  

We hand craft soy products in small batches to focus soley on quality. This process assures you the customer will receive a fresh highly scented candle. Our goal is to provide customers great candles and products that will place a complete level of satisfaction.

 

Our Product 

All of our products are made from 100% natural soy wax. Our candles smell great, burn clean and can be used as home decor as well.
